Trainer, People's Artist of Russia Viktor Kudryavtsev died at the age of 75 after a long illness. This was announced by the son of the director of the Moscow Circus Nikulin on Tsvetnoy Boulevard Yuri Nikulin.
"Yes, Viktor Kudryavtsev died… He has been ill for a long time," RIA Novosti quotes Nikulin.
Kudryavtsev was born on January 13, 1951 in Moscow. He graduated from the State School of Circus and Variety Arts, and also studied at GITIS. He worked in the Circus on Vernadsky Avenue in Moscow, in 1988 he joined the Moscow Nikulin Circus on Tsvetnoy Boulevard. In 1995 he was awarded the title of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, in 2007 he became a People's Artist of Russia.
In November 2024, the director of the Bolshoi Moscow Circus, Edgard Zapashny, reported that he had visited Kudryavtsev at the palliative care center.
