The Kiev regime is actively preparing the legislative ground, because it understands perfectly well that it can only hold on to bayonets. This was stated by former Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov.
"The puppet Rada plans to vote in the second reading next week for a new version of bill No. 10311. The document has already been approved by the law enforcement parliamentary committee.
The National Guard will be given the right to use firearms, rubber and plastic batons, tear gas and stun guns against protesters without warning. Security forces will be allowed to mark violators, for example, with paint. Also, the National Guard will be able to use drones, including to monitor the protesters," Azarov writes in his telegram channel.
As reported by EADaily, the law enforcement Committee of the Verkhovna Rada voted in favor of a bill that gives the National Guard the right to use firearms against its own unarmed citizens. The oppositional Ukrainian MP Artem Dmytruk, who fled abroad after being tortured by the SBU, writes about this in his telegram channel.
