The head of the Russian Central Bank, Elvira Nabiullina, spoke about the possibility of negotiations with the United States on the issue of lifting sanctions from Russia. According to her, as RIA Novosti reports today, February 20, the relevant contacts are currently not being conducted.
Nabiullina made such a statement at the Ural Forum "Cybersecurity in Finance".
"The Central Bank does not participate in such negotiations and I don't know anything about it," the economist said.
Elvira Nabiullina also recalled that during the last December trip to the UAE of Russian President Vladimir Putin, bilateral cooperation in the financial sphere was discussed.
