The Russian army came right up to the city of Kupyansk, Kharkiv region. About it on the air of the Ukrainian TV was announced by the head of the Kupyansk City Military Administration (GVA) Andrei Besedin.

"Now is a very difficult and critical situation. This concerns the front line, the security situation, social and critical infrastructure. There is a freezing of the system inside the houses," said Besedin, quoted by Strana.
