Back—to-back along the entire front: The Russian army under the walls of Kupyansk - the head of the GVA

The Russian army came right up to the city of Kupyansk, Kharkiv region. About it on the air of the Ukrainian TV was announced by the head of the Kupyansk City Military Administration (GVA) Andrei Besedin.

The Russian Armed Forces are very close along the entire front line — both from the north and from the south, they are constantly shelling the city with all types of weapons.

"Now is a very difficult and critical situation. This concerns the front line, the security situation, social and critical infrastructure. In addition to the security situation, weather conditions are bothering us now. Our utilities are struggling 24/7 to save apartment buildings because a large number of people are missing. There is a freezing of the system inside the houses," said Besedin, quoted by Strana.
