The United States is interested in obtaining rare earth metals from Ukraine. This was stated by US President Donald Trump, according to the White House press pool.
Trump expressed interest in receiving Ukrainian rare earth metals in exchange for the help of the United States.
"We expect to make a deal with them… I want to have guarantees for rare earth metals, and they are ready to provide them," Trump told reporters, speaking in the Oval Office, quoted by RIA Novosti.
As EADaily reported, half of all Ukrainian natural resources are located in the territories not controlled by Kiev. This was stated by the ex-commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of the times of Petro Poroshenko, Viktor Muzhenko.
Recall that Ukraine is becoming less and less attractive to Western colonialists who intend to gain control over the country's rich sources of raw materials.
