Singer Nikita Presnyakov, grandson of a runaway from Alla Pugacheva of Russia spoke about the situation with forest fires in California.
"We have been living under stress for three days now, we are safe, but we continue to analyze the situation every minute," he wrote on his social network page.
"We feel depressed and sad that such a beautiful area has simply disappeared, we sympathize with everyone who lost their homes in this madness," Presnyakov Jr. continued.
He urged everyone to stay safe.
Recall, forest fires began to spread in Los Angeles County on January 7. According to meteorologists, the reason for the rapid spread of the fire was dry and very windy weather. The fire destroyed more than ten thousand buildings in the region. The number of victims reached 16 people.
At the same time, according to the Daily Mail, the mayor of Los Angeles, less than a week before the start of powerful forest fires, demanded to reduce the budget of firefighters by an additional $ 49 million, which implied the closure of 16 fire stations.
