The Ukrainian State Bureau of Investigations (GBR) opened a case on the circumstances of the formation of the 155th mechanized brigade "Anna Kievskaya", trained in France, whose entry into battle near Pokrovsky was marked by the mass unauthorized abandonment of the unit (SOC). This was announced by the editor-in-chief of "Censor" Yuri Butusov.

Even before the brigade fired the first shot, 1,700 servicemen voluntarily left it, in connection with which the GBR was instructed to conduct an investigation.

"One of the leaders responsible for the formation of the brigade died of a heart attack, and the brigade commander was dismissed immediately after the brigade entered the battle," Butusov said, quoted by Strana.

What happened is "really a crime, but not a crime of soldiers and officers, but a crime of the leaders of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander—in-Chief, the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff, who continue to spend their lives and money on new projects, instead of strengthening experienced and combat-ready brigades," the editor-in-chief said.

According to him, the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, ordered the formation of a new brigade, which cost 900 million euros, and it began to be prepared in France. At the same time, more than 50 servicemen escaped right there, in France.

"This raised a question from the French leadership about the seriousness of the attitude of Ukrainians to the implementation of such an expensive project. Such an approach seriously discredits Zelensky's whole plan, so a scandal began, the topic was raised on The Headquarters and the State Bureau of Investigation have opened a criminal case," Butusov writes.

What happened to Anna Kievskaya is natural, because "from the very beginning it turned out that the OK (operational command. — EADaily) "West"" there are no command personnel, no soldiers, no weapons, no resources to create a new connection.

"The formation of the 155th brigade from the first days was a complete organizational chaos in literally all components, and the service required great efforts for those who tried to serve honestly, and to great losses due to unauthorized withdrawal from the very beginning of the formation. The 155th brigade went to France for training in October, at that time there were already 935 people in the brigade," the editor—in-chief emphasized.

He noted that more than 2,550 servicemen were taken from the brigade before being sent to replenish other units, because of 1,924 who left for France, 1,414 were recruits and served for less than two months.

"That is, the command of the Ground Forces and OK Zapad sent to France not an organized and controlled military unit that can learn a lot, but a crowd of people in military uniform, about 30% of the staff, who were supposed to organize and get acquainted with each other and with the commanders during the trip," Butusov explained.

Upon returning to In Ukraine, its brigade commander Ryumshin was removed from office for the flight of 50 people in France.

"New commanders were appointed who did not have any understanding of the state of affairs in the brigade at all, and did not know anyone in it at all. As a result, the chaos in the management has only intensified, the handling has become even worse, and in the first week of December, even before joining the battle, another 198 events took place in the brigade," the journalist added.

In addition, the brigade units were thrown into battle near Pokrovsk without coordination, without providing either drones or electronic warfare equipment, which led to heavy losses among the personnel, Butusov noted.
