The Boeing 737-800 of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines made an emergency landing in Norway due to a malfunction in the hydraulic system. This was reported in the company.
The airliner was flying from Oslo to Amsterdam, but was redirected to Sandefjord Airport 110 km south of the Norwegian capital. The landing was successful, but the Boeing rolled out of runway No. 18 and stopped on the grass. It is noted that 182 people on board, including crew members, were not injured.
"During the takeoff of flight KL1204 from A loud noise was heard from Oslo to Amsterdam. The crew decided to send the plane to Sandefjord Airport. After landing at low speed, the Boeing 737 rolled out of the strip into the grass. All 176 passengers and 6 crew members were not injured and are under observation," the airline said in an official statement, quoting News.ru .
Earlier it was reported about a plane crash in South Korea — when landing, the board flew past the runway and crashed into the fence. Of the 175 passengers and 6 crew members, only two managed to survive.
