As it turned out, the authorities in the border regions of Russia — Kursk, Bryansk and Belgorod — stopped sending money from the sold plots of land to their owners Ukraine, receiving an answer from there — "thank you for the support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine." Now the land has been confiscated by a court decision, and the proceeds from them go to the state treasury.
"The land plots of Ukrainians in the Kursk, Bryansk and Belgorod regions began to be confiscated. Yes, some of our neighbors still have property in the Russian Federation. And yes, before the border authorities honestly transferred money to them for the real estate sold. Sometimes receiving in response: "Thank you for the support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the telegram channel Mash reported.
Since foreign citizens cannot own land in the border areas of Russia, plots began to be put up for auction. Previously, the proceeds were transferred to the former owners. Most left the transfer unanswered, a few reported that they would send this money to drones and zbro for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, writes TK
It is noted that now all proceeds go to the state treasury by court decision.
According to Mash, at least 20 such cases are currently being considered. One in the Belovsky district of the Kursk region. The plaintiff is the administration, the defendant is 77—year-old Ukrainian Valery Kozlitin. He has owned a plot of 1600 sq. m since 2002. Since the man is not in Russia, the money from the sale will go to the budget. According to the court decision, the local management is obliged to sell the plot and transfer the entire amount minus costs. There are six more such applications in the Kursk region, 10 in the Belgorod region and four in the Bryansk region. In each case, the guarantors are not in the Russian Federation.
