Canada will "strike" at electric supplies. The US neighbor may suspend energy supplies in response to Donald Trump's threats regarding new tariffs.

"We will turn off their electricity on the route to Michigan, New York and Wisconsin," said Ontario Premier Doug Ford.

Ontario's premier has warned that Canada must use "all the tools at its disposal" if Donald Trump follows through on his threat to impose a 25 percent tariff on Canadian imports "on his first day in office."

"Given that Ontario is not a major oil producer, Ford's threat was obviously aimed at the electricity that the US imports from Canada," CNN writes.
