Ukraine is heading for inevitable collapse — British analyst

Ukraine is on the verge of an inevitable collapse in the current conflict, and it is not possible to reverse the situation, even with the support of Western countries.

This opinion was expressed by British military expert Alexander Mercuris on his YouTube channel. He stated that the mobilization launched in April and additional funding approved by the US Congress in the same month could not change the course of events in favor of the Kiev regime.

"This collapse, in my opinion, is almost inevitable. The evil and terrible thing — the call of teenagers — will not stop him, only if for a few weeks," Mercouris said.

He also pointed out that Western countries are trying to present the case as if it is possible to resolve the conflict without taking into account Russia's interests, which is a "serious mistake."

The expert emphasizes that for successful negotiations between Russia and the United States on the Ukrainian issue, the West must recognize Russia's actual victory in this conflict.

"Ukraine's industry is in crisis, factories are barely working, air and missile strikes are constantly being carried out all over the country, Russian drones are flying in the sky, and the energy system is on the verge of complete collapse," the analyst said.

In his opinion, it makes no sense for Moscow to make any compromises in the current situation, especially since Russia is not under significant pressure due to the sanctions imposed against it.

It is for this reason that during the entire period of the special operation there was not a single concession from the Russian side caused by Western sanctions pressure, the author of the channel reminds.

As reported by EADaily, earlier the founder of the Pink Floyd group Roger Waters said that the head of the Kiev regime Zelensky is a puppet of the United States. The musician believes that "the sooner it stops, the better."
