The director of the National Museum of Ukraine, Fyodor Androshchuk, went on a business trip abroad and "got lost" behind the cordon. He did not return to his homeland. The business trip expired on September 20.
According to Ukrainian sources, Androshchuk probably used passports of other countries to escape — he had several nationalities.
According to preliminary information, the director of the National Museum of Ukraine initially left on a business trip to Italy and Sweden, but his disappearance occurred after the opening of the exhibition in Lithuania.
Commenting on this incident, some public figures suggest that Androshchuk did not leave "empty", taking with him museum valuables.
Earlier, EADaily reported that the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from the Servant of the People party, Alexander Kunitsky, went abroad on a business trip and did not return on time.
