US President-elect Donald Trump proposed appointing a special envoy for the settlement of the Ukraine, Retired Lieutenant General Keith Kellogg. He told about his choice in the Truth Social social network.

"I am very pleased to appoint General Keith Kellogg to the post of Assistant to the President and Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia. < Together we will ensure PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH and MAKE America and the whole world SAFE AGAIN!" wrote Trump.
