The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, was afraid of Moscow's response to the West's permission for Kiev to strike with long-range weapons deep into Russian territory.
This statement was made by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov during a press conference following a joint meeting of the collegiums of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and Belarus.
Thus, the head of Russian diplomacy commented on the application The Russian Federation of the new Oreshnik hypersonic missile.
He noted that the "overdue" Ukrainian president began to accuse his Western masters of leaving him unarmed in the face of "such an action."
"As for the reaction to our response, then, as I understand it, Zelensky was scared, he directly began to accuse his masters of leaving him unarmed," TASS quoted Lavrov as saying.
The minister called it a "useful result," because being closer to reality, feeling it in your own skin, "is already useful."
Lavrov also stated that the West had made itself a direct participant in the conflict by allowing Kiev to use long-range missiles on Russian territory. The diplomat stressed that without the direct participation of the West, "none of these missiles would have flown anywhere."
Lavrov suggested that the Democrats, who gave permission to Kiev to strike deep into Russia, thus want to leave as bad a legacy as possible to the next US administration.
As EADaily reported, earlier Sergey Lavrov said that by banning the Russian language, the Ukrainian authorities are trying to break their own people, because even it is more convenient for soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) to communicate in Russian.
