First Deputy head of the administration of the head and Government of Chechnya — Minister Khadizhat Kadyrova at a meeting with the head of the republic Ramzan Kadyrov reported on the results of the unscheduled certification of heads of educational institutions.
"A number of shortcomings have been identified, as a result of which 11 directors have been relieved of their posts. Also, 4 heads of district education departments did not pass certification, " the message says following the meeting in the telegram channel of the head of Chechnya.
At the same time, Kadyrov notes that "in general, the education system of the republic is developing dynamically, modern technologies and teaching methods are being introduced."
Minister of Education and Science of the Chechen Republic Khozh-Baudi Daaev reported on the ongoing work. This year, seven new kindergartens for 780 places have been put into operation. As part of the state program of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Energy of the Czech Republic, two more kindergartens for 200 places are being built.
There is an increase in the average score of the Unified State Exam in the main subjects, as well as a decrease in the number of graduates who did not receive a certificate. There are only 2% of them. The number of high-ballers has also increased.
"I drew attention to the need to strengthen control over children who skip lessons and bring this circumstance to their parents so that they take measures and work with them," Kadyrov said.
He instructed "to take special attention to the appointment of heads of schools and education departments, as well as to create a commission that will deal with the task, compliance with all the norms and procedures prescribed in the legislation."
