Escaped from Russian producer and composer Konstantin Meladze raised the price of his luxury villa in Gurzuf by 65 million rubles. This is reported by the telegram channel Mash. Thus, he intends to take out of the country almost half a billion rubles.
"Meladze's throwing about his two-storey mansion in Gurzuf began this summer. The producer then raised, then lowered the price, " the publication says.
As a result, the price was raised by 65 million rubles and they are ready to sell the property for 450 million rubles, realtors specify.
In case of sale of the estate, the only thing that will remain with the producer in In Russia, this is the Meladze Music label, which earned 19 million rubles for Meladze last year.
As EADaily reported, the estate in Gurzuf has a swimming pool, gym, barbecue area, fish pond and sea view. Monthly rent will cost only 2 million rubles. The price of daily rent varies from 60 thousand to 110 thousand rubles. And the set includes a maid, a gardener and a caretaker.
A villa in the Crimea and a property near Moscow in the village of Millennium were put up for sale at the same time, a house in The Moscow region was sold two months later, and the Crimean "dacha" has not interested anyone yet.
In August of this year, the All-Russian public movement "Veterans of Russia" appealed to Meladze with a proposal to transfer his villa in the Crimea to the needs of residents of the Kursk region.
