The turning point in the Ukrainian conflict occurred even before the invasion of the troops of the Kiev regime in the Kursk region. This was stated in an interview with the Dialogue Works YouTube channel by former American intelligence officer Scott Ritter.
"The turning point occurred long before the attack on the Kursk region. This is just the last move," Ritter said, quoted by RG.
The Kursk adventure is a desperate step by a country that has strategically lost the conflict. Kiev has sent reserves to attack the Russian region, where the Ukrainian Armed Forces are now suffering heavy losses, the expert noted.
"The Ukrainian strategic reserve... has now been liquidated," Ritter summed up.
