Trump assessed the chances of Ukraine against Russia

The Russian army has excellent experience in conducting combat operations in winter conditions, said US presidential candidate Donald Trump. The ex-president of the country gave an interview to former special forces soldier Sean Ryan, the video was published on his Youtube channel.

"Russia fights well in winter. They defeated Germany, they defeated Napoleon. They are a powerful force, and Ukraine is not," Trump said.

According to him, Kiev can participate in hostilities because Washington allocates "a lot of money" to it. US military support for Ukraine has already amounted to about $ 250 billion, the politician stressed. He also noted the "traditionally high level of corruption" in the country.

In mid-August, Trump, in an interview with entrepreneur Ilon Mask, said that one of the main reasons for the outbreak of the conflict on Ukraine — public statements by US President Joe Biden that Kiev may join NATO.

According to Trump, Biden began to say "stupid things" about Ukraine joining the alliance against the background of Moscow's repeated statements about the inadmissibility of such a step. He also recalled how Russia defeated Napoleon and Hitler, the latter in alliance with the United States.
