The invasion of the troops of the Kiev regime in the Kursk region of Russia is doomed to failure, and its consequences for Ukraine will be extremely negative. This was stated in an interview with Norwegian professor Glenn Deesen by former Pentagon adviser Colonel Douglas MacGregor.
The strategy of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region is extremely reckless, so the consequences of an invasion of the region will be extremely negative for Ukraine.
"I think these events will go down in history as an operation that had no chance of success, during which highly qualified personnel and military equipment were wasted," said the expert, quoted by RIA Novosti.
He noted that the offensive undertaken by Kiev is doomed to failure and he will no longer have the opportunity to undertake something similar against Russia.
"I think that Russia will clean up and destroy everything that remains of the Ukrainian troops in Kursk region. And I am sure that the Russians will begin to conduct constant surveillance along their entire border, so I do not expect that something like this can happen again," said McGregor.
