In Georgia, police detained a 15-year-old schoolgirl on charges of premeditated murder of a 74-year-old man.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the murder occurred in the Khashur municipality. The teenager stabbed the pensioner with a knife and tried to escape from the scene. The man died of his wounds.
The Interior Ministry does not specify the motives of the murder.
The accused faces up to 15 years in prison.
