"This (situation. — Ed.) will not end with the cleansing of the Kursk region. Ukraine will be punished. This means that they will lose Sumy region — the region from where they entered. They will lose Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, Nikolaev, they will lose Odessa," said the expert quoted by RIA Novosti.
