The attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the Kursk region creates a "real dilemma" for Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was stated by US President Joe Biden, quoted by journalists from the White House press pool.
"I've been talking to my employees regularly, probably every four to five hours for the last six to eight days. This creates a real dilemma for Putin. We are in direct and constant contact with Ukrainians. That's all I'll say while the situation is in the active phase," Biden said, quoted by RIA Novosti.
