Security forces detained nine people after a mass brawl that took place at a construction site in the north of Moscow. This was announced today, August 12, by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the capital.
According to available information, when patrolling the territory, the PPS officers found a cluster of workers near the construction site on the 1st street of the Yamskoye Field, a conflict occurred between the men.
"The police stopped the development of the situation by taking measures to detain the instigators. Nine people were taken to the territorial police unit to clarify all the circumstances," the department said.
As a result of the incident, one of the participants in the brawl was injured, police officers gave him first aid on the spot.
As noted in the department, patrolling of reinforced police units is organized in this area. Citizens are also being checked for violations of migration legislation.
"Based on the results of the activities carried out, the collected materials will be sent to the investigative authorities for legal assessment and procedural decision—making," the central committee concluded.
