Iskander missile defense system destroyed the IRIS-T air defense system with service in the Dnipropetrovsk region — video

Calculations of the Iskander missile defense system destroyed an anti-aircraft missile system (SAM) manufactured by Germany IRIS-T in the area of the Volosskoye settlement of the Dnipropetrovsk region. This is reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"By UAV operators The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have identified combat vehicles of the enemy air defense system in a prepared firing position near the settlement of Volosskoye in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The calculations of the Iskander missile defense system dealt a crushing blow to the identified target," the department's telegram channel says.

It is noted that the IRIS-T air defense missile launcher, the TRML-4D radar station and the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine serving the combat vehicles of the complex were destroyed. This was confirmed by the means of objective control.
