On Dec 6, senior lecturer at the Belarusian State Informatics and Radio-Electronics University Yuri Pavlovets was detained in Minsk, Belarus, belaruspartisan.org reports.
According to the source, Pavlovets was detained near his home and sent to the Investigation Committee in an investigation of a criminal case on incitement of ethnic hatred. No details are known, Pavlovets does not answer phone calls.
