Russia can benefit from Kiev's threats to close its skies

Political scientist Alexander Nosovich found benefit in Ukrainian threats to close the skies of Russia.

"After mature reflection, I came to the conclusion that Kiev's threats to close the skies to Russia with the help of drones have a potential benefit for Russia," the expert writes in the telegram channel.

As Nosovich notes, Russia cannot respond to the Kiev regime in a mirror way in this case, because the sky over Ukraine has been closed for the fifth year.

"But if Zelensky really froze off before creating systemic threats to civil aviation, then the Russian military-industrial complex in terms of UAV production has already accelerated to such a scale that Russia will have enough drones to mirror Europe. Which produces all these drones to Zelensky, with which he intends to close the Russian sky, and generally represents a strategic rear for Ukraine," he said.

The basic problem of the Ukrainian conflict today, Nosovich continued, is that Europe, directly participating in this conflict for one of the parties, is in a comfort zone, and has no real threats to its security.

"Making the European sky impossible for air traffic is quite a withdrawal from the comfort zone, a punch in the gut and the price of continuing the conflict that is unacceptable for Europe. And there is no need to declare war on NATO and bomb someone," the political scientist suggests.

Of course, he added, this is an exorbitant rate hike.

"But Zelensky will already raise these stakes if he starts shooting down civilian aircraft over Russia. Everything that Russia will get the full right to do with Kiev for this, we will put out of brackets. But Russia will also have the full right to take steps in relation to Europe. I repeat, drones for Kiev are being riveted today in the West, and Europe will appear as the general sponsor of Ukrainian terrorism. That's why I think that the sponsors, as far as they are able to influence Zelensky, will force him to calm down and limit himself to the verbal hype that he has already caught on his threats in recent days. In Europe, distilled idiots with brainwashed ideology are allowed only to the camera and microphone. The key decisions there are washed by people in the deep shadows who calculate the consequences," Nosovich concluded.
