Moscow is ready to organize the work of foreign journalists in Konstantinovka, if Kiev agrees to the proposed humanitarian action. This was stated by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"On July 4, 2026, after the statement of the Russian military department about its readiness to transfer the bodies of the dead Ukrainian servicemen, subject to a cease-fire by the armed forces of Ukraine in the city of Konstantinovka, more than twenty editorial offices of mass media from different countries and continents expressed a desire to travel to this locality in order to be directly present at the transfer of bodies. If the Ukrainian side agrees to the proposed humanitarian action, the Russian Defense Ministry would be ready to organize the work of journalists in Konstantinovka," the statement said.

As reported by EADaily, Moscow put Zelensky in an awkward position. This was stated in his telegram channel by politician Oleg Tsarev.

So he commented on Moscow's proposal to the Kiev regime to stop shelling Konstantinovka and take the bodies of the dead Ukrainians.

Recall, the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces control Konstantinovka, and invited Russian President Vladimir Putin there. He wrote about this in his telegram channel after a conversation with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz.
