Iran dealt Israel a fatal blow. Such a statement in an interview with the Alif TV channel TV" was made by retired Israeli Army Major General Yitzhak Brik.

He directly linked the severity of the situation with Iran's recent strikes on Israel. According to him, after this escalation, the country found itself in the worst security situation in its entire history.

"Iran dealt Israel a fatal blow. We are in the worst security situation in the entire history of the country, and Israeli society is going through a process of disintegration and loss of national stability," the general said.

He said that Israeli society is experiencing a deep split. Bric also spoke about polarization — contradictions between different political camps, as well as between the Jewish and Arab populations of the country. According to him, this internal discord undermines the stability of the state.

The retired military did not limit himself to stating the fact of the strike. He gave a detailed analysis, pointing out that other factors also affect security: strategic miscalculations in military planning, underestimation of some threats, as well as issues of rear stability.

He spoke sharply about the political leadership, arguing that it turns a blind eye to existing problems and puts its interests above concern for the safety of citizens.
