Several countries would like to cooperate with Rosatom, but ask not to talk about it publicly. This was stated by the general director of the state corporation Alexei Likhachev.

He was asked if there are any countries that refuse to cooperate with Rosatom at the behest of Washington?

"Of course, there are [countries], of course, there are people, even the leaders of these countries, who after negotiations, turning off the microphone, as they say, off-record, say: "Well, finish SMO, and we immediately connect,— Likhachev said.

He also commented on the position of the IAEA in connection with the incessant attacks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the NPP and the city of power engineers Energodar.

"The IAEA takes an ambivalent position. It is possible to explain it, but it should not be accepted. It is necessary to fight this, and raise these issues," said the head of Rosatom. — Raphael Grossi and I understand each other quite fully. He explains why he takes this position. But despite this, we will raise our questions. And most importantly, I want the residents of Energodar, the employees of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant to hear this: no matter what the IAEA officials say, we will still convey to the world community, to world leaders the real state of affairs and the fact that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have set themselves the task, well, just to trash Energodar."
