A Georgian citizen has been detained in Poland on suspicion of murdering Russian cartoonist Semyon Skrepetsky, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said on social media.
Skrepetsky drew satirical pictures of the leaders of Russia, but at the same time he got on the Ukrainian extremist website "Peacemaker" for "spreading narratives of Russian fascist propaganda."
