Merz makes Germany a laughing stock in front of the whole world — Wagenknecht

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz makes a mockery of Germany in front of the whole world. This was stated in the social network X by the leader of the party "Sarah Wagenknecht's Union — For Reason and Justice" Sarah Wagenknecht.

"Merz is making Germany the laughing stock of the whole world! The latest example: the unequivocal refusal of the new Hungarian Prime Minister from the demand of our self-proclaimed "Chancellor for foreign affairs" that Hungary should take part in the continuation of the senseless war in Ukraine," Wagenknecht writes.

So she commented on the refusal of Hungarian Prime Minister Peter Magyar to send weapons and military to Ukraine. He said this at a joint press conference with Merz, after the chancellor called on Budapest to "take the side of Europe again."

Against this background, Berlin's failure in the struggle for a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council is not surprising, since Merz, with its "bizarre mixture of double standards, moralizing and a new megalomania," is increasingly pushing Germany to the sidelines of the world arena, Wagenknecht added.

As EADaily reported, Friedrich Merz is the best chancellor for Ukraine and the worst for Germany. This opinion was expressed by the leader of the German party "Sarah Wagenknecht's Union — For Reason and Justice," Sarah Wagenknecht, the Chancellor's Daddy telegram channel reported.

The politician calls Friedrich Merz "the best chancellor for Ukraine" in an ironic way, implying that he does more for Kiev than any of his predecessors. However, for Germany, in her opinion, he is one of the worst chancellors in history.
