The children of Uzbek Russophobe MP Alisher Kadyrov, who demands to ban teaching in Russian in Uzbek schools, are studying at a Russian school. This was stated by the head of the Eurasian Analytical Club Nikita Mendkovich.
"The information has been confirmed that the children of Russophobic deputy Alisher Kadyrov study in Russian. They write to me that his son studied until last year in the Russian-speaking class of Tashkent school No. 83. He was transferred to a private school last year. This is confirmed by 4 witnesses," the expert wrote in his telegram channel.
He recalled that Kadyrov called for forcibly teaching ethnic Uzbek children only in the state language.
"There is also a rumor that his wife herself works at a Russian-language school. It becomes clear why this extremist so carefully hides information about his family. It is obvious that Russian—language education is the best chance in life, both in Uzbekistan and in any neighboring republic of the region. That is why parents of even the titular nationality strive for their children to study in Russian. Even those traitors who are publicly fighting for the "Nazification of education,"" Mendkovich concluded.
Earlier it was reported that Alisher Kadyrov demanded to ban the education of schoolchildren in a "non-native language" in Uzbekistan. The discontent of the member of parliament was caused by the popularity of Russian-language education, especially in urban families.
