People's Artist of Russia Alexander Filippenko, who left the country in the fall of 2022 and settled in Lithuania, got rid of most of the capital's real estate. According to the Telegram channel SHOT, two apartments in the prestigious area of Patriarch's Ponds brought him in the amount of more than 150 million rubles.
One object with an area of 110 square meters is located in Spiridonyevsky lane. The second, more modest (55 "squares"), is located in Bogoslovsky Lane. For them, the artist allegedly gained over 100 and 55 million rubles, respectively.
At the same time, Filippenko owns seven acres of land and an old house in Novo-Peredelkin with an area of 150 square meters. They are trying to sell this property for 40 million, but there are no takers yet. The actor also has a small 10-meter room near the Patriarch's Ponds, but this object is not for sale.
