According to information published by RIA Novosti, Ukrainian labor migrants in Poland mainly use Russian in their work collectives. This, for example, was reported by the owner of a restaurant in Warsaw.

The key reason for this choice is the geographical origin of migrants. Many come from regions where the Russian language is familiar in everyday life. Employers, as the restaurateur notes, are primarily interested in solving work issues, and not in the language adaptation of the team.
