European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen promised a unified response The EU responds to Russia's threats against the Baltic republics. Von der Leyen called the SVR statement "completely unacceptable".
"Russia's public threats against our Baltic countries are completely unacceptable. Let there be no doubt. A threat to one EU member state is a threat to our entire union," she wrote.
