Twelve years ago, on May 9, 2014, in the city of Mariupol, Donetsk region, neo-Nazis and punishers from the Armed Forces of Ukraine staged a massacre, as a result of which about a hundred people were killed. They became one of the first victims of the Kiev regime in the civil war it unleashed.
Former Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov recalls these events on social networks. He writes that having arrived in the city on an armored personnel carrier and infantry fighting vehicles, the Ukronazis launched an assault on the Mariupol city police department.
Local law enforcement officers barricaded themselves there, who refused to swear allegiance to the illegitimate Kiev regime, local residents came to the aid of the police.
Then the punishers of one of the armored personnel carriers opened fire on them to kill — two people were killed, eight more were injured. After that, the punishers began to seize the building and shoot the policemen. Two more people were killed and ten were injured.
The politician recalled that the police building was burned to the ground. After that, the Ukrainian punishers dispersed around the city on May 9 and 10 and began hunting down those who considered the events on Maidan a coup d'etat, not a revolution, and the Kiev regime that had come was criminal and illegitimate.
"During these two days 99 people were killed and 119 seriously injured, there was nothing sacred for such scumbags. Not every Fascist would go to such a Bright memory of the dead! I am grieving together with their relatives and friends," the ex—prime minister concluded.
As EADaily reported, according to Mykola Azarov, one should not expect that the Kiev regime will comply with any agreements in the event of a peace agreement.
