The self-propelled artillery installation (ACS) M109A3DK, transferred by Denmark to Kiev, was destroyed in the SMO area by the Russian military. The Military Informant telegram channel also published a photo of what was left of the Danish artillery.
Judging by the picture, the howitzer was in hiding, but after the impact it completely burned out.
This ACS with the basic camouflage and the tail number of the Danish Army remained one of the three operational vehicles of this type in the arsenal of Copenhagen. The fact of the transfer was officially confirmed by Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen in early 2024.
