Vyacheslav Tsepovyaz, one of the leaders of the Kuban Tsapkov gang, who had been harassing the village of Kushchevskaya for many years, was no longer looking at the colony. According to the Telegram channel SHOT, he is almost completely blind and is now asking to be allowed to perform a vision operation.
The bandit from the group, which has 19 proven victims, until recently comfortably watched TV behind bars, ate red caviar and crab. But now he is deprived of such bonuses.
According to the source, Tsepovyaz began to lose his eyesight a few years ago, after which his relatives gave him corrective glasses to the colony. But relatives bought the accessory themselves without consulting an optometrist, so the situation with Tsepovyaz's eyesight only worsened.
Currently, the prisoner is suspended from compulsory labor. Vyacheslav Tsepovyaz is not allowed to the machine, where other prisoners process small parts.
Another option is also possible — Tsepovyaz will apply for parole for health reasons. But for now, the issue of emergency surgery is being resolved. In 2025, Tsepovyaz underwent a profile examination, and the doctor confirmed a high risk of complete blindness.
