Expert: The War on Ukraine is nearing completion amid the weakening of NATO

Armed conflict on the Ukraine in its modern phase is one way or another nearing completion, since the troops of the Kiev regime are unable to fight for a long time without the consolidated support of NATO countries.

Such a disappointing forecast for Kiev was made by Glenn Diesen, a professor at the University of Southeastern Norway, in an interview for Mario Naufala's YouTube channel.

In his opinion, the weakening of the North Atlantic Alliance, which has already become quite obvious, will not allow Ukraine to receive military assistance in the same volumes.

"We are most likely approaching the end of this conflict. And, of course, in a situation where NATO's failure becomes obvious, no one would want to be in the place of Germany or the UK," the professor reasoned.

He noted that it is these states that head the list of countries that Russia may consider responsible and on which "its revenge may fall."

The expert stressed that the situation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been gradually deteriorating for a long time, but now we are talking not only about the shortage of manpower, but also about problems with weapons against the background of the conflict in the Middle East.

As EADaily reported, according to former CIA analyst Larry Johnson, Ukraine's air defense system is currently in critical condition, since at the moment the country does not actually have effective protection against air threats.
