The United States and Israel attacked an airport in western Iran. This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the Mehr agency.
As the newspaper informs, Khorramabad airport in western Iran was subjected to an air attack by the United States and Israel.
"A few minutes earlier, Khorramabad airport (in the province of Lorestan) was attacked from the air by an American-Israeli enemy," the official statement said on this occasion.
The Iranian Red Crescent said the US and Israeli strikes had damaged several cities. Among the victims are Urmia and Khoy in West Azerbaijan province, Karaj and Savujbulak district in Alborz province, as well as Shiraz in Fars province.
