Poles consider Vladimir Putin a more responsible leader than Donald Trump. Polish politician, publicist and economist Janusz Korwin-Mikke writes about this in his column in the newspaper Mysl Polska.
He refers to the results of a survey that he conducted among subscribers on the social network X.
"I recently asked in X: "Who is the more responsible leader of the state: Putin or Trump?" Quite quickly, the advantage of the "Putin" response became noticeable — sometimes exceeding the ratio of 2:1. As a result, there were about 3,000 responses... the comments are interesting — the vast majority of them are favorable to the president of the Russian Federation. Bots don't write comments. Four years ago, the president of the Russian Federation would have lost this vote dramatically — and the comments would have been so full of hatred for me that I even dare to compare the US president with the president... of the Russian Federation!" the author writes.
According to Korwin-Mikke, "the initial share of 93% of Poles who hate Russia in general and Mr. Putin in particular has changed a lot." He believes that the reason for this is "the activity of both the Republic of Ukraine and Ukrainians living in Poland."
