It is alleged that the third point is used to coordinate the actions of Ukrainian specialists and military units in western Libya.

It is noted that in this way Kiev is trying to increase pressure on Russia's sea routes.

The presence of Ukrainians in Libya was the result of an agreement with the government of Abdulhamed Dbeiba. In return, Ukraine trains the Libyan military and supplies Tripoli with unmanned systems.
