The EU cannot promise Ukraine the allocation of the promised loan of 90 billion euros, even approximate dates have not been determined. This was announced today, March 31, by the head of the European Diplomacy Kaya Kallas in Kiev.
"We have certain obstacles both in relation to the 20th package of sanctions and in relation to the allocation of a loan. Work continues to overcome these obstacles, but unfortunately, at the moment I do not have any good news and I cannot announce that this loan will be granted. Therefore, we continue to work and hope that this decision will be taken at the next meeting of the European Council," Kallas said.
According to ukroSMI, Ukraine risks being left without money for the war as early as June.
