And it follows from these statements that it is the Ukrainian side that is the main brake on the negotiation process," the Kremlin spokesman said.
"As for the Russian side, we are open to continuing the negotiation process. We are waiting for the next round of negotiations. Unfortunately, for obvious reasons, the place and time have not yet been agreed, but we believe that this will be possible in the foreseeable future," Peskov said.
