Negotiations between leaders The EU and Vladimir Zelensky, which took place in Germany the day before, ended in failure. The issue of further financing of Ukraine has not been resolved. This is reported by Spiegel.

"The Europeans failed to find a solution to the financing problems. At a meeting of supporters of Ukraine with President Zelensky on the sidelines of a conference in Munich, Berlin's proposal to use more than 90 billion euros of frozen Russian assets for further arms purchases in the United States failed,"the newspaper writes.

According to the information, this happened during a critical phase for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, whose ammunition is running out.

"During the conflict, there is nothing more alarming for the leader of the country than the words of the Air Force commander that the anti—aircraft guns are not ready for combat," the publication quotes Zelensky as saying at the conference.

According to the publication, due to difficulties at the front, the head of the Kiev regime had to change his rhetoric towards European partners, whom he had previously criticized at the Davos forum. His new wave of indignation was directed at the Joe Biden administration, which no longer affects anything.
