Dividends from the profits of companies-operators of booking systems and mutual settlements on air transport "Sirena-Travel" and "TPK" were withdrawn by their owners abroad. This was reported to RIA Novosti by law enforcement agencies.
"The significant profits from the activities of companies distributed annually as dividends from 3 to 5 billion rubles by members of the Surinov, Suleymanov, Shaikhutdinovs families, who are also foreign residents, are also transferred abroad," the agency's interlocutor said.
Today, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation filed a lawsuit in court, demanding that the property of the private owners of the Sirena-Travel company be converted into state income — the developer of the Leonardo system. A preliminary hearing on the lawsuit is scheduled for February 18.
As EADaily reported, at the end of January, a global failure occurred in the Leonardo system, after which airlines reported the suspension of services. It was caused by problems in the network infrastructure on the side of the system operator — Sirena-Travel JSC.
