The Moscow Apartment Building Overhaul Fund has filed a new lawsuit against theater and film actress, screenwriter and producer, Honored Artist of Russia Daria Moroz. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to court materials.
The court issued a ruling on the return of the application to the plaintiff. Such a decision may be due to shortcomings in its drafting, after which the application will be sent back to the instance, the publication believes.
Last year, the Fund twice filed claims against Moroz for debt collection, the court satisfied these claims.
The amount of the actress's debt is not specified.
As EADaily reported, last fall, the Moscow Capital Repair Fund filed four lawsuits against journalist and blogger Ksenia Sobchak. The amount of the debt was not called. Sobchak later stated that the organization did not send receipts to the address of her actual residence.
The Foundation also appealed to the court with a lawsuit against the TV presenter and director, Honored Artist of Russia Yulia Gusman because of a debt of 4.1 thousand rubles.
