All those who died as a result of a fire in a hostel in Balashikha near Moscow turned out to be Cuban citizens, the operational services reported.
The fire occurred at five o'clock in the morning in the Saltykovka microdistrict in Balashikha, the flames engulfed a private three-storey private house rented for a hostel in the Zvorykino quarter, they write in public.
"All the dead are Cuban citizens. It is currently being investigated how they got into this house," the operational services said.
"The owner of the house lives in London. It is currently being established how the victims of the fire ended up in this house, since they did not have a lease agreement. In addition, electricity was cut off in the house," they said.
