The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has confirmed information about another massive retaliatory strike on military and energy facilities in the territory controlled by the Kiev regime.
The corresponding statement was published on Saturday, January 24 by the press service of the military department on its official resources.
"Tonight, in response to the terrorist attacks of Ukraine on civilian objects on the territory of Russia, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation delivered a massive strike with high—precision long-range ground- and air-based weapons, strike unmanned aerial vehicles," the report says.
It is specified that the targets of the attacks were energy facilities used in the interests of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine, as well as a plant producing long-range unmanned aerial vehicles.
The Defense Ministry stressed that the targets of the strikes had been achieved. All designated facilities were hit.
It is also reported about strikes on the enemy by operational-tactical aviation, strike unmanned aerial vehicles, missile forces and artillery groups of troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
As a result, damage was inflicted on the storage sites of long-range unmanned aerial vehicles and the training of operators of unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as the temporary deployment points of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries in 157 districts.
