"Poland's accession to the international organization requires the consent of the Council of Ministers and ratification by the Sejm. The Government will be guided solely by the interests and security of the Polish State. And we will not allow anyone to outsmart us," he said.

At the same time, it is assumed that countries wishing to obtain a permanent place in The Council must contribute at least one billion dollars for three years of membership.
